Starting today, September 22, 2017, Apple's recently unveiled iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and Apple Watch Series 3 are all available for purchase from various of the Apple Stores or Apple Retails around the world.

Apple unveiled the iPhone 8 lineup and third Apple Watch series during an event that took place earlier this month, on September 12, for the first time at the Steve Jobs Theater, at company's new Apple Park headquarters. The iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and Apple Watch Series 3 were all available for pre-order starting September 15.

And now, starting today, September 22, you'll be able to buy an iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus smartphone, as well as an Apple Watch Series 3 smartwatch from your local Apple Store or an Apple Retail shop if there's no Apple Store in your country. The iPhone 8 lineup comes with wireless charging capabilities and a new processor.

"On September 22, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus went on sale around the world at 8 a.m. local time," says Apple in the press release. "The new generation of iPhone features a glass back design that enables wireless charging, Retina HD displays, A11 Bionic chip and is designed for the ultimate augmented reality experience."

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus come with iOS 11, Apple Watch Series 3 with watchOS 4

Also starting today, you will be able to visit your local Apple Store to buy an Apple Watch Series 3 smartwatch, which is available in multiple variants with or without built-in cellular for making voice calls. The devices are powered by the latest watchOS 4 and come with great fitness and health enhancements, and a faster processor.

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus come with iOS 11, the latest software update for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices that Apple unveiled on September 19, 2017, for all supported devices. More details about the technical specifications of these new devices can be found on Apple's online store, from where you can also order any of them.

During its September 12 event, Apple also unveiled the 10th anniversary iPhone model, called iPhone X. If you don't want to buy an iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus and you're saving money for the iPhone X, you'll have to wait a couple more weeks as pre-orders start October 27, and general availability is November 3, 2017.
