Two days after seeding the first Beta versions of the upcoming iOS 10.3, macOS 10.12.4 Sierra, tvOS 10.2, and watchOS 3.2 operating systems to registered developers, Apple released today the Public Beta builds of iOS 10.3 and macOS 10.12.4.

While the iOS 10.3 Public Beta build is tagged as 14E5230e, the macOS 10.12.4 Public Beta has been tagged by Apple as build 16E144f. They are available right now for iPhone 5 or later, iPad 4th generation or later, and iPod touch 6th generation and later.

These first iOS 10.3 and macOS 10.12.4 Sierra Public Beta builds offer the same features that have been included in the developers Beta versions, such as the new "Find My AirPods" functionality that lets you locate your lost AirPods.

On the other hand, Mac users who install the macOS Sierra 10.12.4 Public Beta release will be able to test drive the new Night Shift feature that changes the display's color to the warmer end of the spectrum after sunset, so you can sleep better.

It's easy to install the new iOS 10.3 and macOS 10.12.4 Public Betas

Mac users can install the new macOS 10.12.4 Sierra Public Beta release if they follow our in-depth "Here's How to Install macOS Sierra 10.12 Public Beta on Your Mac Right Now" tutorial.

However, we have to warn you that your device or computer might become unstable after installing these pre-release operating systems, which are recommended only for testing purposes.

The final iOS 10.3 and macOS Sierra 10.12.4 releases are expected to land in the coming months for all users, so we recommend instead using the stable iOS 10.2.1 and macOS Sierra 10.12.3 builds.
