US-based company InFocus unleashed as series of Android smartphones in India this week, but some of them will only be available for purchase beginning September.

We have already reported on the company's new flagship smartphone, the InFocus M812, so let's talk about a mid-ranger that should go on sale in India in September.

According to a new report, InFocus M808 will be launched in India in less than two months and will cost just Rs 12,999 outright, which is about $205 or €185.

As mentioned earlier, the M808 is a mid-range smartphone that ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box.

The handset has been confirmed to pack a 5.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution. Also, InFocus M808 is only 7.56mm thin and weighs around 155g (battery included).

On the back side, the M808 features a 13-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, while in the front there's a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

Octa-core CPU and 2GB RAM are a plus

In the hardware front, InFocus' mid-ranger is packed with a 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor paired with a Mali-T720 MP2 graphics processing unit and 2GB RAM.

There are 16GB of storage inside the InFocus M808, but users can further expand internal memory up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

Last but not least, the smartphone offers both 4G LTE and dual-SIM support, and drains energy from a 2,450 mAh battery.
