i-mate have shown on their site the long awaited PocketPC phone, JAMin. i-mate

JAMin PocketPC phone runs on Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system and is based on the HTC Prophet
design. The device is quad-band GSM 850/ 900/ 1800/ 1900 Mhz and comes equipped with 128MB of ROM, 64MB RAM, and SDIO slot card for memory expansion. Because it's a stylus-only PocketPC, it lacks a QWERTY keyboard.

The 5-way navigation pad and the call answer/end buttons optimize its usability. JAMin features a 2.8 inch QVGA LCD transflective touch screen with 240 x 320 pixel resolution, 64k colors, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g) network capability, GPRS and EDGE networks for high speed mobile access to the Internet, Texas Instruments OMAP 850 200MHz processor.

The device measures 108 x 58 x 18.2 mm, supports MP3/WMA/AAC formats, and includes a 2 megapixel digital camera with macro and video recording capabilities.

i-mate didn't put a price on JAMin yet and its availability is still unknown.
