14 DAY TRIAL // Naboo has released iVigilo Smartcam+, a new application for Apple’s camera equipped iDevices which turns iPhones, iPod touches, and iPads into camera security systems.
The developer says iVigilo Smartcam+ uses motion detection to turn Apple’s iOS gadgets into HD wireless IP cameras. A live stream can be viewed with any modern web browser on most devices.
iVigilo Smartcam+ users can enhance the base functionality of a wireless camera using various in-app paid add-ons, in order to build a complete mobile camera security system.
Naboo says their app uses the latest motion and face detection technologies to analyze the camera signal, while users have a web-based admin section that they can use for various functions that can be accessed remotely.
The app is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad, and requires iOS 5.0 or later.
