Tethering one's iPhone in order to share its data connection with other Wi-Fi enabled devices might seem a relatively complicated process at first, but the truth of the matter is that it can also be extremely easy to accomplish, especially if the owner should happen to go for the brand new Business Class 2 (BC2) 3G/4G Router from Nexaira, a device that allows users to dock the iPhone and share its Internet connection in a very fast and easy manner.

Similar to some of the other 3G/4G routers we've come across up until now, the Nexaira BC2 Router allows users to instantly create a secure WiFi hotspot using the 3G connection from their handset, while in same time docking the smartphone and recharging its battery.

In order to be able to take advantage of the router's features, users will first have to enable the tethering option in their wireless data plan, an action that might cost them a little extra, in certain specific situations.

Once tethering is enabled, one will be able to connect their iPhone 3G, 3GS or iPhone 4 to the Nexaira BC2 Router via the iPhone USB cable and within a few seconds, the iPhone will indicate that it is in "Internet Tethering" mode.

The BC2 router then serves as a WiFi hotspot that multiple WiFi-capable devices like the iPod Touch, iPad, laptop, and more can use to connect to the internet (in fact, even Ethernet devices can also connect via the router's LAN port).

While using the iPhone as a modem, one will be able to continue to make and receive calls as well as access all the applications that are installed on the iPhone, including send/receive email/text messaging or any other internet app.

Pricing for Nexaira's BC2 3G/4G Router has been set at $189 (available exclusively via the 3G Store), which is a rather OK sum, given the set of features this thing can provide.
