Parties making a living selling accessories for Apple’s iDevices might be interested in downloading the latest schematics from the company headquartered at 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California.

Depicting the dimensions, the dos and don’ts, and other technicalities, the official iPad mini blueprints can be used to create the next protective cases for the iPad mini.

While big-name accessory makers are already out with their respective add-ons, those who didn’t get the schematics from Apple can download the PDFs right now.

Here’s the documentation for the Wi-Fi-only model, and these are the specs for the cellular version.

As usual, Apple presents the exact measurements of the unibody chassis, as well as instructions on how to prevent the obstruction of some key elements of the tablet computer – for example, the plastic window located on the back of the cellular model, which needs to be left open for radio signals.

The Cupertino giant also offers the blueprints for its revised, fourth-generation 9.7-inch iPad (Wi-Fi and cellular).
