July is here and you must be ready to have a great summer. Your iPhone or iPad got you covered.

From the great outdoors to your backyard grill and from clothing apps to great games, the AppStore editors have put together a nice collection of applications just for you. You can forget about the office, learn a new trick or discover a new place with the help of an iPhone.

The Summer collection is divided in five sections: "Get Outside," "Backyard BBQ," "Summer Style," "Plan a Trip" and "Hot Games," and we are presented with a total of 54 different apps.

The first section, "Get outside," has apps like "National Parks," "Sky Guide," "Strava running and cycling" or "Water Balance." Most of them are free, but the prices go up to 20 bucks for a GPS Navigation app with Topo Maps and Trails.

In the "Backyard BBQ" section, you will find a great selection of apps to help you buy a grill, cook a good steak or prepare a drink just like a celebrity mixologist. Notable appearances are by "Epicurious Recipes" and "Better Bacon."

Next up we have a section dedicated to clothing, fashion and shopping for this summer. All eleven apps are free, and they will help you find just the right style.

"Pose," for example, is an app that will take through the door of a fashion community. You will be able to find new or pre-owned pieces, list your own items and upgrade your wardrobe.

"Glam Style" is one of the most appreciated apps in the Lifestyle section. Within the app you will get a chance to download guidebooks, read celebrity news and match your style with the most luxurious or trendy Hollywood ones.

"Frank and Oak" is a clothing store in your pocket. You can see their merchandise, join the private club and get extra discounts or subscribe to get push notifications about product releases and special promotions.

The next section is the most helpful one. There are 12 excellent apps that will help you plan your summer vacation.

First up – Airbnb! This is a social network and place finder for the travel enthusiasts out there. The app has a whopping 450,000 listings in 34,000 cities and the photos are just amazing. You can find a condo to spend your summer in a foreign city, read the opinions of other visitors and book it right away. If you are a host, you can promote your location within the app and earn some big bucks this summer.

Other notable apps in this section are: Zipcar and Waze Social GPS.

Last but not least, you are offered a great selection of small games to keep you busy on the way to the beach. FIFA 14, FarmVille 2 and King of the Course are just a few of those
