Apple yet to address one of the most annoying iPhone bugs

Ever since the release of iOS 7, users have been reporting random crashes, reboots, or resprings, an issue that is still present in the latest developer beta, apparently.

According to iPhoneincanada.ca, “We’ve seen this happen on our iPhone 5S and iPad Air running the latest version of iOS 7 and we’ve heard from you it’s still happening in the latest 7.1 beta 4.”

According to various people posting “solutions” over at Apple Support Communities, force closing the Twitter app can help. Toggling Reduce Motion ON and OFF also seems to repair the problem, albeit temporarily. Another proposed workaround is to turn off background app refresh, and yet another is to restore the device to its factory settings via iTunes.

iOS 7.1 is scheduled to roll out in March, and there are two more betas scheduled until then. In other words, plenty of time for Apple to fix all bugs.
