iOS 6 Begs for SwipeSelection (Video)

Daniel Chase Hooper’s keyboard concept has become a reality for jailbreak fans, who can now download a tweak called SwipeSelection from Cydia and text faster and more reliably than ever before.

Demoed by iDownloadBlog in the above video, SwipeSelection enables iPad owners to move the cursor and do text selections in a much more accurate manner than that provided by default in iOS.

Everyone typing a lot of emails and documents on their iPad is wishing upon a star that Apple takes note of the tweak and eventually implements it in the next major release of its mobile operating system - iOS 6.

We have every reason to believe it’s going to happen. The best example is Notification Center, a new capability implemented by Apple last year in iOS 5, courtesy of one savvy bloke who had showed it off on YouTube.
