14 DAY TRIAL // Intel's Xeon E5 series of server CPUs have found a new home in the iBuyPower Professional Series P900DX and the Professional Series P500X Workstation PCs.
The former has two E5 CPUs of up to eight cores each, plus third-generation PCI Express support. The starting price is of $3,699 (2,922.26 Euro).
Meanwhile, the P500DX gets Intel Xeon E3-1200-V2 CPUs and a starting price of $1,229 (970.92 Euro).
Basically, the P900DX is a hardcore piece of machinery for tough workloads, while the P500DX is less mighty but lower on energy demands and more accessible to small and medium businesses.
