Just yesterday, NVIDIA delivered on its promise and finally released a driver, though still in beta form, that enables support for 3D Vision Surround technology. Needless to say, PC makers were quite eager to follow up with solutions that support this feature. Cyberpower has already unleashed a number of gaming desktops bundled with the necessary 3D displays and 3D Vision kit. Now, iBuyPower is also stepping up and unveiling a solution of its own.

The gaming machine that the El Monte-based custom PC maker has prepared goes by the name of Gamer Paladin F890 3D and spares absolutely no expense when it comes to performance. In fact, it can be said that there is hardly any way of driving performance and the range of features any higher, at least not without commencing a serious overclocking endeavor.

For one, the rig is centered around a LGA 1366 Core i7 central processing unit. This chip is backed up to an astounding 24GB of RAM and 4TB of storage space. What is more important, however, is the presence of two GeForce GTX 470 or GTX 480 video boards set up in SLI. It is these multi-GPU setups that actually make triple-monitor 3D possible. Naturally, since so many high-end parts require a great deal of energy, available PSU options go all the way up to 1500W models.

Of course, since the idea is to offer a complete 3D Vision Surround solution, the company has bundled the beast with three Samsung SyncMaster 2233RZ 3D monitors, as well as the obligatory 3D Vision kit of software and glasses. Enthusiasts that are interested in experiencing a three-fold increase in immersion while gaming will be able to set their orders via this page, though they will have to part with at least roughly $3374.
