The Radeon HD 6800 series has been up to a great start since it was launched last week, managing to offer an impressive performance increase when compared with the HD 5700 series that is meant to replace as we have found out in our Radeon HD 6870 review, so it comes as no surprise that system builders started using graphics cards based on these GPU's in their systems as it is the case with iBuyPower.

According to this system manufacturer, AMD's Radeon HD 6870 and HD 6850 graphics cards will make their way into three different gaming desktops, the Gamer Mage D295, Gamer Mage D355, and Gamer Paladin F820, all of these being already available for purchase.

Apart from the single or CrossFireX HD 6800 graphics cards, these gaming rigs can be configured with the fastest six-core processors available right now from either AMD or Intel as well as liquid cooling systems and up to 24GB of DDR3 memory.

Storage space also isn't a problem, users having to choose from a wide range or HDD and SSD drives, that can be configured in either RAID 0 or RAID 1 matrices.

Since these are top of the line systems we also get all the bells and whistles that one should expect from such high-end offerings, including Blu-ray burners, powerful PSUs as well as all sort of case lighting options, more than enough to rival a Christmas tree.

"We take pride in always being able to offer our customers the latest in graphics technology," said Darren Su, Vice President of iBuyPower.

"That's why we are excited to be among the first to offer the gamer-friendly AMD Radeon 6000 series graphics cards."

When equipped with HD 6850 graphics cards pricing starts at $899 for the Gamer Mage D295, the Gamer Mage D355 and Gamer Paladin F820 being available for $1179 and $1239, respectively.

If these are just over your budget, there's no need to worry since I am sure that many more manufacturers will launch HD 6800 based gaming systems in the following weeks, so you will most certainly have where to choose from. (via TCMagazine)
