iBuyPower has just come out with one of the nicest deals on pre-built system this Holiday season with the introduction of the $999 (roughly 742 EUR) Gamer Paladin HS1 that comes complete with an unlocked Intel Sandy Bridge CPU and powerful Nvidia GTX 570 graphics.
The system is housed inside an upgrade friendly NZXT Source 210 mid-tower case and the standard configuration listed by
iBuyPower is based on a quad-core Intel Core i5-2500K processor with a base clock frequency of 3.3GHz.
This is kept cool thanks to a 120mm water-cooling system built by Asetek and is seconded by 8GB of DDR3 system memory with a clock speed of 1600MHz.
Storage is provided by a 1TB hard drive with a spindle speed of 7200RPM, while the graphics card of choice is a powerful
Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 with 1.2GB of video buffer.
