Four platforms ready to be accessed to answer all questions

Apple is informing book publishers using its iBookstore that anyone who needs questions answered now has four separate platforms on which they can express their thoughts and receive feedback.

Apple has sent a letter to all registered iBookstore publishers informing them that they now have the Book Forum as part of the Apple Support Communities for discussions related to iBooks publishing.

The FAQ for iTunes Connect, which requires an actual iTunes Connect account to log in, should also prove helpful for those looking to troubleshoot some hurdles. A Contact Us form offers access to guided sets of questions and answers.

Finally, there’s also a toll-free number available to US and Canadian publishers who wish to speak directly to an advisor from Apple’s iBookstore Publisher Support team.

According to TUAW, Apple recommends that publishers access these Support platforms with information on hand. Some of these include the Apple ID, ISBN, vendor ID and title, the device, operating system, as well as the transfer log for delivery failures in iTunes Producer.
