iBall has just launched one of its countless budget tablets in India. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to actually keep track of these devices, especially since they come with similar configurations.

Anyway, meet the iBall Slide 3G 7271-HD70, apparently the successor of the iBall Slide 3G 7271 HD7. The device sports a 7-inch capacitive touch screen display and a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution (via TheMobileIndian).

Power is drawn from a 1.3GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor combined with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

Like its predecessor, the Slide 3G 7271-HD70 runs Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) out of the box and bundles two cameras (2MP on the back with LED flash and VGA front-facing snapper). Like every other budget offering these days, it has dual SIM support, dual calling and wireless FM Radio.

The main difference between the tablets lies in the RAM and internal storage department, as the predecessor only had 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory to fulfill its duties.

Other specifications include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, Wireless FM Radio and a 3000 mAh battery which should provide plenty of work time hours.

The iBall Slide 3G 7271 HD70 is available in silver and sells for Rs. 8,299 / $138 / €100.
