After launching India's first dual-battery, dual-SIM Android phone Andi 4.3j, handset make iBall announced the upcoming availability of its affordable dual-SIM tablet, Slide 3G 7334.

The folks over at AndroidOS report the tablet will be available for purchase for only Rs 10,999 (it is now available for purchase for a suggested retail price of Rs 16,499 ($205 or €160), though we don't have an exact release date yet.

The main selling point of the tablet is the fact that Slide 7334 comes with built-in HSPA+ 3G connectivity enabling download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps and upload speeds up to 5.76 Mbps.

On top of that, the slate features dual-SIM capability. This is the second dual-SIM tablet that will go on sale in India after Swipe Telecom launched its own slate several days ago.

“We are heartened at iBall to present yet another innovation and latest technology for the Indian consumers with the launch of iBall Slide 3G 7334. It happens to be the first tablet PC with two firsts. One, it is the 1st dual SIM and two it is the 1st tablet PC to have FM transmitter function,” said Sandeep Parasrampuria, director, iBall.

As one of iBall's officials claims, the Slide 3G 7334 is the first tablet to pack FM transmitter, but we're not sure how much this function will benefit Android users.

Anyway, the slate has been confirmed to come equipped with a 1 GHz single-core processor and a decent 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 1024 x 600 pixels resolution.

It also comes with 2-megapixel rear photo snapper, as well as secondary 2-megapixel front facing camera for video calls.

No word on the amount of storage or RAM, but iBall Slide 3G 7334 definitely packs GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, along with HDMI out and microUSB ports.

Last but not least, iBall's dual-SIM tablet will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box.
