Android fans and enthusiasts in India will probably be pleased to know that iBall has finally released the affordable Andi 5K Sparkle in the country.

The smartphone was officially introduced in India in later January, but the Indian OEM did not say when exactly the Andi 5K Sparkle would go on sale.

Today, AndroidOS reports that iBall Andi 5K Sparkle is available for purchase in India for only Rs 9,999 ($160 / €115) off contract.

As expected, the smartphone ships with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and packs a decent 1.3GHz quad-core processor provided by MediaTek.

Furthermore, iBall Andi 5K Sparke sports a 5-inch qHD display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution, as well as 512MB of RAM. The smartphone also packs an enhanced 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and secondary 2-megapixel camera for video calls.

It is also worth mentioning that the smartphone comes with only 4GB of storage inside, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.
