The phone makes good use of GPS

The iBIT U250 is one of the few phones using Windows CE.NET to hit the Korean market. It has a pleasant design, with a touchscreen of 2.8 inches, which offers resolutions of 240 x 320 in 262k colors, and a keypad as well, which covers the display. Powered by a 400 Mhz Intel PXA273 processor, it offers a lot in terms of performance, not to mention the 64 MB of internal RAM and 512 MB Flash memory, which can be further extended through use of miniSD cards.

The phone includes a 2 megapixels camera, it doesn't have Bluetooth, though EV-DO technology is included, and thanks to the installed Windows CE.NET v4.3 it uses Internet Explorer 6 for web browsing. The handset makes good use of the GPS service, providing a car navigation system (CNS), which helps finding addresses while driving, doubled by a personal navigation system. Among the provided software it is worth of mentioning a text to speech translator, written specifically for e-books.

Unfortunately, the phone is destined entirely for the Korean market.
