If you though that Bluetooth headsets are only meant for cell phone use then you most certainly haven't seen i.Tech Dynamic's latest EasyChat 306 offering that comes with Skype certification, making this a lot more suited for computer duty than for phone use.

Of course, this doesn't mean you can't use the EasyChat 306 together with your smartphone, as it supports all of these devices that come with Bluetooth 2.0 and EDR 2 connectivity, but i.Tech Dynamic has really gone one step further and paired this headset with an USB dongle making it compatible with every PC out there that packs such a port.

Furthermore, the whole install process is pretty straight forward as all that users have to do is to insert a setup CD in their PC and follow the step by step instructions displayed, the EasyChat 306 taking care of pairing these two devices on its own.

Apart from that easy installation process, i.Tech Dynamic also took a particular interest in battery life, their headset going into sleep mode as soon as the conversation ends.

This, combined with a pretty cool technology that prevents other sounds from being transmitted to the headset apart from Skype calls (such as audio prompts from email, instant messenger and other applications), delivers an pretty impressive six hours of talk time on a single battery charge, more than enough for a day's use.

“Skype only certifies products that meet its strict certification requirements,” said Wendy Cho, owner, i.Tech Dynamic.

“i.Tech’s EasyChat 306 provides the highest-quality audio for Skype calls and conferences, plus it’s very easy to set up. It would make a great holiday gift for technology-minded friends and family.”

The EasyChat 306 is available for pre-order right now from Skype’s online shop and will start shipping in late November, the manufacturer's suggested retail price being set at $49.99.
