Huawei is the third-largest smartphone manufacturer in the world, partly because it manages to provide devices to various categories of consumers. The company aims to retain its position this year too, and it has high chances to do so. Proof of that is the fact that it's currently working on an Honor smartphone with a large screen, which we know because the handset has recently been spotted at TENAA.

Huawei seems to be working on multiple smartphones and phablets to be released to the market in the near future. An Honor-branded device has recently been spotted at TENAA, and some of its specs have been unveiled.

The listing on TENAA reveals some interesting specs for the phone, including the fact that it will come with a 6.6-inch QHD OLED display and 3GB of RAM. Internal memory could reach 32GB, with users having the option to expand to 128GB using a microSD card.

The smartphone could come with a 4,400mAh battery

In addition, the device would carry a 4,400 mAh battery and pack a Kirin 950 64-bit octa-core processor. Camera capabilities aren't specified, but the smartphone should feature a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front one. It's also expected to run Android Marshmallow 6.0 with EMUI on top.

The phablet's measurements and weight have been revealed, and they are 178.8 x 90.9 x 7.18mm and 219 grams, respectively. It will come in Gold and Silver color variants, similar to those for the Honor 8. Speaking of Honor 8, Huawei is also expected to unveil on July 11.

The listing doesn't mention the name of the smartphone, but some say that it could be part of the Honor 8 series or possibly a variant of the Honor V8 with a larger display.

The Honor V8 was released in May and came with a 5.7-inch screen, a Kirin 950 chipset, and 4GB of RAM. It also has 64GB of RAM and a 3,500mAh battery. The smartphone sports a fingerprint sensor as well as a dual camera of 12MP on the back and an 8MP unit on the front.
