With premium smartphones, companies usually give much importance to specs, as well as the device’s design, in order to make it appealing to users. HTC U Play and U Ultra offer powerful components, potent main cameras, a polished design and useful features to make the user experience fluent and straightforward.

However, mid-rangers usually have improved specs compared to their predecessors and offer one appealing trait to shift consumers in their favor. HTC One X10 has leaked in live images earlier this year, while some of its specs were also revealed.

Reputable leakster Evan Blass has shared an official poster that reads “Big style meets bigger battery,” hinting towards a potent battery that would power the device and make sure its lights stay on. The poster also suggests a design that’s somewhat reminiscent of Desire 10.

We’re noticing a fingerprint scanner on the back, just below the main camera, which was relocated to a more central position on the rear panel. The image does reveal the One X10’s front, but from what we can gather in the back, HTC has decided to make some notable design changes in the One X series.

3GB of RAM and 16MP rear camera

Sadly, there’s no information about the smartphone’s battery capacity, but rumors say that it will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display, same as on last year’s model. It’s also tipped to run MediaTek Helio P10 chipset, which is a downgrade from HTC One X9’s Helio X10.

The 3GB of RAM capacity will be the same as on its predecessor, while internal storage could reach 32GB, like on last year’s model. HTC seems to have improved the phone’s camera capabilities and placed a 16MP sensor on the back and an 8MP selfie snapper in the front. The smartphone will also feature a 3.5mm headphone jack, unlike the HTC U Ultra.

HTC One X10 will most likely cost around $300, and the phone should be announced soon, considering that last year’s model in the series was unveiled in January.
