Great news for Warhammer and Android fans alike, as another mobile game in the franchise has just been released in Google Play Store.

Since many Warhammer fans have been disappointed lately by the numerous games that did not deliver on their promise, they have the right to doubt the new title launched on Android as well.

However, things might not be as bad as they seem since the latest game in the Warhammer universe that got released on Android made its debut last year on iOS platform and has more than decent reviews.

Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf is the new Android game launched by developer HeroCraft. First of all, this seems to be the closest mobile title to a Warhammer board game that you can get for the moment.

Before downloading HeroCraft's new game, you should know that Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf requires Internet connection in order to play.

PvP 3v3 multiplayer close quarter battles are available too

In Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf, you will lead the Sons of Russ into battle. You will be able to write your own saga in the Space Wolves Chapter as you hunt down the Chaos Space Marines.

Players will be able to choose from three main heroes for each mission, depending on their own style, strategy and tactics: Grey Hunter, Wolf Scout or Wolf Guard.

You can level up your squad and unlock numerous perks as you play. There are also five companions that you can unlock, though you will only be able to take two into battle with you.

You can now download Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf for Android for free via Google Play Store. The game should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 4.0 and up.

Keep in mind that even though the game is available for free, it comes with in-app purchases so if you don't plan on spending real money you might want to disable this feature.
