Two days ago, Apple has started seeding the second Beta builds of the upcoming iOS 10, macOS Sierra 10.12, tvOS 10, and watchOS 3 operating systems to registered developers.

The future of the iOS 10, macOS Sierra, watchOS 3 and tvOS 10 was revealed by Apple during its keynote address at the WWDC (Worldwide Developer Conference) that took place last month between June 13 and June 17, and Apple promised that a public beta will be available to anyone in July.

Well, today is that day, as Apple has just released the first iOS 10 and macOS Sierra Betas to the world, which means that anyone who dares to plunge into the buggy world of Beta testing can now install the iOS 10 and macOS Sierra 10.12 operating systems on their supported iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices, and, of course, Macs.

Installing the iOS 10 Public Beta

First off, we have to warn you that you shouldn't install a Beta software on your stable devices, and that you should wait for the final release to be availalbe worldwide this fall. However, if you really can't wait no more, at least make sure that you have a recent backup of all the things that are important to you on the device you want to install the Beta. Use iTunes for that!

When you're sure you have a backup, you need to access the https://beta.apple.com/profile website on your device, sign in with your Apple ID (the same that you're currently using on your device), press the "Download profile" button, and then press the "Install" button in the upper right corner of the screen to install the Apple Beta Software profile.

Agree to the license agreement by pressing install again. Once the profile has been installed, you will be prompted to reboot your device, so do so right now. When the device starts into iOS, go to Settings -> General -> Software Updates, and you should see the iOS 9.3 Beta 1 update, as shown in the attached screenshot below.

Now, make sure that your device is plugged into a charger before attempting to apply the update. Press the "Download and Install" button, and wait for the update to be downloaded and installed. During the installation process, your device will reboot a few times. That's it! Enjoy iOS 9.3 and its awesome features!
