Video game developer Rockstar is announcing that it is launching a new big event for the Online mode of Grand Theft Auto V, allowing gamers to get double RP and money when they take part in the Human Labs heist.

The promotion is running all through the week, and the company says that other rewards might be announced in the coming days for those who continue to play the mode.

The official announcement states that gamers will need to find three associates with which to plan and execute the mission, which includes some important vehicles, such as the VTOL Hydra, the Valkyrie, and the Insurgent.

Rockstar adds, "The double GTA$ bonus extends to the Elite Challenges for the Humane Labs Raid, so don't forget to Crew up and focus your efforts on completing the finale in 11:00 flat, not damaging your vehicles and making sure everyone gets out alive."

A range of other activities and challenges are also offering more RP in Online, in order to allow gamers to make sure that they are prepared for the Human Labs heist.

The list includes Plane Takedown, Flight School, Destroy Vehicle Targets, Complete a Gang Attack, Deliver an Export Vehicle to Simeon, and Parachuting.

In Deathmatch, gamers can get rewards if they kill two enemies in 10 second or if they take out someone in the first 30 seconds.

For Vehicle Deathmatch, the first condition is also available, and gamers can also take an enemy out in 60 seconds, get a first kill or a killstreak to get rewards.

Rockstar will need to deliver entirely new content for GTA Online soon

A lot of fans are happy with the company's strategy of emphasizing its best moments by offering gamers bigger rewards when they actually play them.

Others are complaining that there's no simple way to find the other players required to take on one of the biggest heists.

There are also voices that are complaining about the lack of entirely new content for the Online mode of GTA V.

Rockstar has previously said that its strategy is to try and create the tools that the community itself can use to create high-quality gameplay moments.

Rumors were also talking about the announcement of a new single-player downloadable content pack for GTA V, but the development team might be too busy with the Online experience to work on it.
