All four cost less than €100 and come with dual-SIM support

It's only been a few months since Gigabyte announced that it would stop launching smartphones, and the company is back in full force.

Four new Android smartphones have been recently unveiled by Gigabyte, GSMArena reports. All four are aimed at emerging markets and come with dual-SIM support.

Gigabyte Classic, Classic Lite, Essence and Essence 4 cost less than €100 each, which makes them perfect for markets like India, China and other Asian countries.

The most affordable of the four, Gigabyte Essence 4, costs only €55 and ships with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system right out of the box.

The smartphone sports a small 4-inch display that support 480 x 800 pixels resolution. It's powered by a 1.2GHZ quad-core Spreadtrum 7731g processor and packs only 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

Android 4.4 KitKat and dual-SIM support

The Essence 4 is powered by a 1,300mAh battery. It features a 2-megapixel camera on the back and a VGA selfie camera on the front.

Next in line, Gigabyte Essence is available for purchase for just €70 outright and ships with the same Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

It sports a 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 854 pixels resolution. It packs a 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek processor, 512MB of RAM, and 8GB of storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

The phone is powered by a 1,600mAh battery and packs a 5-megapixel camera on the back, coupled with a secondary 2-megapixel selfie camera.

Gigabyte Classic Lite has been priced at €75 and comes with specs similar to those of the Essence, with a few difference. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and boasts a 5-inch display that supports 854 x 480 pixels resolution.

Affordability at its best

The Classic Lite is powered by a 1GHz quad-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory. MicroSD card slot is included as well (up to 32GB), along with a 2,100mAh battery.

On the back, the smartphone packs a 5-megapixel camera, while on the front there's a secondary 2-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Last but not least, the most expensive of the four, Gigabyte Classic, ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and costs only €95.

It features a 5-inch display that supports HD (720p) resolution and is only 8.6mm thin. The Classic is equipped with a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum processor, a Mali 400 graphics processing unit, and 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone packs 8GB of internal memory (expandable up to 32GB) and drains energy from a 2,000mAh battery. Also, it comes with an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel camera on the front.
