Android users taking advantage of gReader’s amazing features will be happy to know that the application has just received a major update, which brings important new features and improvements.

gReader is one of the most popular RSS readers for Android devices and now sits at more than 1 million downloads on Google Play Store. The latest update brings two new gorgeous themes (Blue and Green), as well as the option to create shortcut for subscriptions/tags.

With the latest version of gReader, users will be able to change settings in Tasker: Synchronization, Offline Usage, Notification and Theme. They can also export feeds in OPML format from Manage Sources.

Some additional improvements have been included in the update as well, such as the RSS Reader loading feed information and the OPML import process (for RSS Reader only). Those who use the Pro version of gReader will notice that there’s a new option that will allow them to create custom notification for feeds.

Users will also notice that the sort by feed action now acts like Manage sources. Last but not least, the display issue on some websites has been fixed.

You can now download gReader for Android 3.7.0 for free via Google Play store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 2.2 and up.
