foobar2000 1.2.2 Released

The development for foobar2000 has progressed quickly this year as the team rolled out a new minor update for the application, incrementing the build number to 1.2.2. This is the second update for foobar2000 this year.

The release does not bring too many changes to the table, and there is no new feature available, but it does away with an issue that had been affecting previous builds of the program as well.

This regression was a rare crash that occurred only when specific malformed files would be involved.

Another repair on the list of foobar2000 1.2.2 is actually a workaround for the problem with the Microsoft listview that caused the converter’s preset list to disappear in certain cases.

foobar2000 is available for download from this link; during installation you can choose to make it portable.
