The development team at EA Sports is ready to deliver a new video linked to the coming FIFA 16 football sim, which is designed to show how the studio managed to capture the movement of Barcelona star Lionel Messi and how it has used him as inspiration to create the all new no touch dribbling system.

The video features some commentary from the player, with explanations about his technique and about the way he uses, is to create changes.

EA Sports has used a new generation of motion capture equipment in order to get the motions that Messi executes and make sure that they are accurately translated into FIFA 16.

The no touch dribbling feature of the simulation allows gamers to move without interacting with the ball to create space and get time to move past defenders and create changes to either pass or shoot.

In FIFA 16 the new mechanics is activated by pressing and holding the L1 or LB button, which causes the player in possession to step away from the ball.

Gamers can then flick the analog stick in order to shift his body or move his legs in ways that can trick the defender.

The results of no touch dribbling in FIFA 16 will depend on timing and skill.

EA Sports is getting ready to reveal more cover stars

On July 5 the development team will announce the players who will join Lionel Messi on special covers for five regions of the world, celebrating the diversity of the football world.

FIFA 16 has a new slogan, Play Beautiful, and EA Sports is offering new ways for gamers to defend, create changes and convert them into goals.

Defenders now have more tackling options and the entire team can be used as a unit to stop the attack, while midfield players get more options to place their passes.

Attackers like Messi can try to use no touch dribbling to get past defenders, and they also have more options when it comes to their shots.

FIFA 16 will be out on the PC, the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4 and older devices on September 24 and gamers can place a pre-order right now to get extra content.
