The Team of the Week for FIFA 16 is a chance for gamers to see which players performed best during the matches that took place in the biggest leagues during the previous weekend and maybe recruit them into their own Ultimate Team lineup.

This week's installment includes Robert Lewandowski, the striker who has delivered some beautiful performances recently, and Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal, the creator of a hat-trick.

The Team of the Week attacking line includes the Bayern Munchen striker, Daniel Sturridge from Liverpool, and Raffael.

In midfield, which is more important than ever in FIFA 16, EA Sports has recruited Nolito, Khazri, Lamela and Sanchez.

The defensive section of the new team is made up of Manolas, Mustafi, Squillaci.

The goalkeeper is Kameni.

Gamers will need to carefully evaluate which one of the included players will be best suited to their existing first eleven and they can also take a look at the various reserves included in the Team of the Week to see whether they offer interesting options.

FIFA 16 improves Ultimate Team

The mode has been quickly becoming the most important one in the football simulation, with a lot of gamers constantly looking to improve their lineups via packs in order to then take on even tougher enemies in the long term.

EA Sports is offering constant updates for Ultimate Team, mainly in order to tweak the overall ratings of players based on their real-world actions and performance, but there are also organized events and tournaments.

For FIFA 16, the team has also introduced the new Draft experience, which is designed to offer faster gameplay for those who do not want to spend months with the same team.

Gamers will be able to choose a captain and a formation and to then create a 25-man squad using semi-random choices that include the in-form players of the moment.

Once that's done, gamers will be able to take place in a variety of tournaments that span four matches and offer some big rewards for those who manage to win them all.

FIFA 16 has managed to take the number one position in the United Kingdom chart during its first week on sale, although it seems that it has posted a seven percent sales decline when compared to last year's version.
