Now, after talking a bit about the improvements and new features in FIFA 16's Career mode last month, during the Gamescom 2015 event, EA Sports has just presented a fresh gameplay video that walks fans through some of the most important innovations.

As you can see in the footage below, FIFA 16 is bringing players some solid enhancements to the Career Mode, and fans will notice them when they're playing either as a manager or a regular player.

One of the biggest new features is the possibility of engaging in pre-season tournaments. These friendly competitions are offered before the start of the regular season, come with big names as possible opponents, and offer players the chance to test out their lineups, tactics, and actual team. Of course, to make everything worthwhile, these tournaments also come with big prize purses that will be added to your transfer budget.

Player Training is also a big addition in FIFA 16's Career mode, as in between matches, you can select up to five players from the squad to do a number of specific training drills and enhance their attributes. The presentation is also focusing on the "Story of the Season," according to EA, as commentators and visuals will emphasize certain performances or situations.

FIFA 16 launches on September 22, in North America, and September 23, in Europe, across platforms like PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and mobile devices.
