Essential’s President Niccolo de Masi has just revealed that Sprint will be the exclusive carrier partner for the Essential PH-1 smartphone in the US. The smartphone was announced late last month and was soon made available for pre-order.

At the time of the launch, Essential revealed that pre-orders of the PH-1 smartphone would start shipping within 30 days, but an exact date wasn’t revealed. In a report, it was mentioned that Sprint would be the exclusive US carrier partner for Essential’s new phone, the PH-1.

At this point, there’s no information on the phone’s pricing at Sprint or the date when it’s expected to make its debut at the US carrier, one of the big four. Sprint will sell the smartphone in its online and physical stores, while customers will be able to get it with subsidies.
