Yes, you're reading it right, the development cycle of the Enlightenment 0.20 series has come to an end, and if you're still using this version on your GNU/Linux operating system, you are urged to either upgrade to the Enlightenment 0.20.10 maintenance release or move to the newest stable branch, Enlightenment 0.21.0.
According to the release notes, Enlightenment 0.20.10 addresses a total of 34 bugs that have been reported by users since the Enlightenment 0.20.9 update announced back in June 2016. Now that the final release of the Enlightenment 0.21.0 desktop environment has hit the stable software repositories of various GNU/Linux operating systems, we can't find a reason why you should stick with the Enlightenment 0.20.x series and update to the Enlightenment 0.20.10 release.
In the same manner, distributions that are still using an Enlightenment version from the 0.20.x series are also urged to upgrade to the 0.21.0 branch as soon as possible so that users can enjoy the latest, most stable and advanced version of the desktop environment/window manager.
