emWave Helps You Get Rid Of Stress

Unfortunately, our world is quite a stressful one, and we see (and experience) this every day. Lots of methods for reducing the effects of stress on the human body have been developed in time, starting from Oriental relaxation techniques and ending up with various drugs. And one of the latest of such methods uses one very special device, namely the emWave Personal Stress Reliever from HeartMath.

The concept behind the emWave Personal Stress Reliever is based on the fact that stress generates incoherence in our heart rhythms. When the heart rhythms are constant,
the heart, hormone and immune systems work very efficiently, which generates a state of well-being at the level of the entire body. The device developed by HeartMath has the role of facilitating the attainment of this constant heart rhythm, and in order to do that, it displays the values of the heart rhythm in real time.

But just displaying the heart rhythm doesn't really help against stress, so the emWave Personal Stress Reliever, by using colorful LED displays, audio feedback, the emWave breathing pacer and an instructional stress relief technique on how to generate positive emotions, helps the user in regulating his hearth rhythm for maximum performance. Or at least that's what the manufacturers claim. The truth of the matter is that these products are never 100% guaranteed to work, but they're always welcome, considering that it's always a good thing to have yet another method of escaping from stress at hand.
