A new application is now available for download on mobile phones running under Microsoft's new Windows Phone 7 operating system, namely eWallet GO!. In case there are some of you who are not familiar with the eWallet GO! application from Ilium Software, we should note that the application was meant to offer users the possibility to easily secure and store info while on the go.

Through this stand-alone secure information manager, one would be able to safely store sensitive info on a Windows Phone 7 device.

“eWallet GO! is a simplified, stand-alone secure information manager for Windows Phone 7. eWallet GO! allows Windows Phone 7 users to safely store their important information on their Windows Phone 7 device and to back up that data to either Google Docs or Dropbox,” the company notes on its website.

The mobile application comes with 256-bit AES encryption, which should make all the info put inside eWallet GO! as safe as it can be.

Some of the main features of the new application include:

- Make Your Info Mobile: Store passwords, credit cards, account access ids, logins, and more! - Get Started Fast: 30 ready-to-use templates make it easy to enter your important information. - Never Lose Your Data: Backup and restore your wallet using Google Docs or Dropbox. - Protect Your Information: Strong encryption means no one can access your wallet besides you. - Get Organized: Use categories to organize your information so you can easily find the info you need.

According to Ilium Software, eWallet GO! for Windows Phone 7 does not sync with eWallet 7 at the moment. However, the company is currently working on the delivery of a software that would offer users the possibility to move wallets from eWallet 7 on Windows PC to eWallet GO! on their mobile phones, but no release date for it was provided at the moment.

The eWallet GO! for Windows Phone 7 mobile application was made available for purchase for $4.99. It can be found in the Windows Phone Marketplace, while additional info on the software can be found here.
