The development team at BioWare and publisher Electronic Arts is announcing that they are working on a new Dragon Age: Inquisition - Game of the Year edition, which is at the moment set to be launched on the PC, the PlayStation 4, and the Xbox One on October 6 of this year.

The news comes after the two companies delivered the final Trespasser downloadable content pack for the role-playing game, which is designed to close down the story associated with the main characters and to offer some hints about the future of the franchise.

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Game of the Year is designed to provide a complete take on the experience that appeals to those who might not have picked up the game yet or want to have all the story that it has to offer in one place. https://youtu.be/M2Qsvm_EtkA] All the single-player DLC, from jaws of Hakkon to The Descent and Trespasser, will be included, and gamers can get a better feel of how they are integrated into the core of the experience and of how they enhance it.

Gamers who get Dragon Age: Inquisition - Game of the Year will also receive access to Spoils of the Avvar, Spoils of the Qunari, and Deluxe Edition upgrades, with some cool new gear, more legendary weapons for the characters, a range of extra mounts, and other unique items that can be used to improve Skyhold.

BioWare will continue to support the multiplayer of the title

Thedas has never been more welcoming or interesting than in Dragon Age: Inquisition, a title that can easily capture the attention of a player for more than one hundred hours, filled with exploration, character interactions, and solid combat.

The development team has been holding regular events linked to the multiplayer side of the title, and those will probably continue for a while, although more content for it might not be a priority.

Dragon Age: Inquisition was launched in the fall of 2015 and managed to combine the best elements of the first two titles in the series while offering a narrative that has more coherence and a more satisfying ending than Mass Effect 3.

BioWare has not said whether it is already exploring ideas for a new installment in the series, as its current focus is on the new Mass Efect, which moves to Andromeda, and on the coming new content for Star Wars: The Old Republic.
