The new build has been released to fast ring users today

Microsoft has rolled out Windows 10 build 10159 to users registered for the fast ring of the Windows Insider program today, but since this version is not yet available for slow ring users too, no new ISOs have been released for download.

As usual, the official ESD files that Microsoft releases with every new build allow anyone to create their own ISOs for a clean install, and fortunately, you can now download such unofficial ISOs from file-sharing websites.

Needless to say, keep in mind that these aren’t created by Microsoft and are not in any way official, so in case you come across some bug or issue, you cannot blame the tech giant for anything.

For the moment, this ISO is only available for x64 computers, but it’s only a matter of time until the x86 version lands too. Below you can also find the official ESD, just in case you want to build your own ISO. Learn here how to create a Windows 10 ISO using the ESD file.

No info on an official ISO

As mentioned, Microsoft only provides new ISOs for a specific build when the company pushes it to the slow ring channel, but this time, there’s absolutely no information on whether it plans to make this version available for everyone or go forward with a new build for fast ring users.

Build 10159 comes only 24 hours after the previous release, so it’s pretty clear that Microsoft is working at a faster speed to provide us with new Windows 10 versions, as it successfully fixes a number of issues and bugs that it finds in the existing builds. Windows 10 is projected to launch in just 28 days, so it’s no wonder that the full focus is on bug hunting.

On the bright side, insiders can finally try out Windows 10 builds at a much faster pace than before, without a ludicrous ring and without terrible bugs that could run their experience with the new OS.
