Donald Trump had a reporter from Univision, Jorge Ramos, escorted out of a press conference in Iowa, telling him he should “go back to Univision.” Video of the exchange (see below) is going viral online as we speak.

For once, though, it’s for the wrong reasons. The Internet wants to believe that Trump did something wrong again while also showing the world how spiteful he can be. Trump sued Univision for breach of contract this year, after they refused to continue airing Miss USA and Miss Universe because of his comments on Mexican illegals.

Univision claims his beliefs are not theirs, so they can’t continue with the collaboration, but Trump is saying he’s being punished as a businessman for exercising his right of free speech. The bottom line is that Trump is very furious at Univision, and those hearing him yell at Ramos “Go back to Univision!” saw it for confirmation of just how angry he is.

Ramos was out of place

Later in the same press conference, Trump took a question from another reporter and tried to absolve himself of any fault in the incident by saying that he didn’t do anything: the security guard escorted Ramos out, so whoever had questions about the incident should take them up with the security firm.

However, if you watch the video below, you will see Trump looking at the security guard as if signaling him to come and take Ramos out.

Even if that didn’t happen, had it happened, it would have been justified. Ramos didn’t wait his turn, didn’t wait to be called out, when he started yelling his question at Trump. As the security guard was seeing him outside, he could be heard saying that he had “the right to ask [his] questions,” to which Trump’s swift response was, “not if you’re not called out.”

Ramos eventually came back

Proving that he didn’t kick out Ramos because he came from Univision, Trump later allowed him back in the room to ask his question.

Real Clear Politics has video of the exchange, which sees the Presidential hopeful tell Ramos he was “glad” he was back. Ramos’ question, it turns out, concerned Trump’s plan to remove 11 million immigrants from the US when he became President.

He didn’t exactly answer it, but he did say that he would start with the undocumented illegals and the gang members first, adding that he would build a wall at the border with Mexico, complete with a “huge, beautiful” door through which legal immigrants could pass.
