Presidential candidate skirts around Megyn Kelly’s question

The first GOP presidential nominee debate was last night on Fox News, and believe it or not, Donald Trump dominated it. As was to be expected, he also ended up dominating news headlines in both the local and the international media.

While political analysts have plenty to dissect from his answers to moderator Megyn Kelly, from a gossip perspective, perhaps the most interesting moment of the night was when he skirted around a direct question about his part in the ongoing “war on women.”

Oh, and he also made sure he ripped again into his former foe Rosie O’Donnell, while subtly threatening Kelly he could be just as vicious towards her as he’s usually to Rosie.

You can see that segment in the video below. Trump and O’Donnell go a long way back, taking their spat to Twitter some years ago. Clearly, there is still a lot of bad blood between the two, with The Donald never missing a chance to take a jab at his enemy, even in the political arena.

As for Trump’s offensive comments on women, as much as he’d like to make everybody believe he only said them about Rosie, that’s not the case. But he did manage to talk his way out of not having to answer the question and, by throwing the political correctness issue in there, he even got the audience to cheer for him.
