14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Blizzard has been working hard on the coming big 2.3.0 patch for Diablo 3 and the studio is now ready to deliver more information on the new items that gamers will be able to pick up and use then the update goes live later in the month.
On the official Battle.net site, the company explains that three new sets are being introduced, giving gamers even more options when before when it comes to the development of their character.
Blizzard states that the Crusader can equip the Seeker of the Light set, which launches Blessed Hammers at enemies after attacking with Falling Sword.
The company adds, "The gods strike through your Monk’s Seven Sided Strike with Uliana’s Stratagem while turning your enemies into living weapons with Exploding Palm. The Spirit of Arachyr will let your Witch Doctor unleash the frightening potential of Hex and Corpse Spiders as they ensnare and poison those who stand before you."
Diablo 3 is also tweaking two of the older sets in the 2.3.0 patch, with tweaks to the Helltooth harness for the Witch Doctor and Vyr's Amazing Arcana for the Wizard.
Blizzard is also delivering a range of changes to Legendary items, although no all of them are listed, and gamers will be able to get even more Seasonal options once the fourth period for the mode debuts.
Patch 2.3.0 for Diablo 3 is coming in late August
On August 23 the third Season for the game will end, which means that gamers will see all their content linked to the mode transformed into regular versions.
Five days later the fourth Season will be launched, allowing gamers to tackle a new set of challenges while also adding more rewards for those who perform well.
Patch 2.3.0 for Diablo 3 will be implemented between these two dates and is designed to tweak a range of mechanics linked to the action RPG, although no full list has been offered yet.
Rumors are talking about a new single-player expansion for the title, which might be officially revealed during the coming BlizzCon 2015 event.
