14 DAY TRIAL // We have some sad news to share with you today, especially for fans of the Fedora Linux project, as we have just been informed that the final release of Fedora 23 has been delayed by one week, and it will arrive on November 3, 2015.
Of course, this is not news for many Fedora users out there, as the GNU/Linux distribution is well known for the fact that it's delayed. It's just that we had our hopes that Fedora 23 would be among the few Fedora Linux releases to arrive on time.
According to the official release schedule, which has not yet been changed, since the news of Fedora 23 being delayed is quite hot (the announcement was made a couple of hours ago at the moment of writing this article), the OS should have arrived on October 27.
In an email sent to the Fedora Project mailing list, Mr. Jan Kurik confirms that Fedora 23 has been delayed by one week due to critical bugs found in the last Release Candidate (RC) build of the upcoming distribution.
"At the Fedora 23 Final Go/No-Go Meeting that just ends, was agreed *not to release* the Fedora 23 Final," says Jan Kurik, Fedora Program Manager at Red Hat. "Due to present blockers in the RC2 build, the decision is No-Go. The release slips for one week."

It was a known fact that the Fedora developers had their regular "Fedora 23 Final Go/No-Go" meeting earlier this morning, October 22, where they decided that Fedora 23 was not ready to hit the streets on time.
Therefore, Fedora Linux users who were eager to upgrade to the Fedora 23 release need to wait one more week. At least this way they can rest assured that the GNU/Linux operating system is bug-free. Fingers crossed for a November 3 release!
