In case you're one of the millions of fans of James Bond, you now have the chance to get one of the most wanted things belonging to the famous 007 agent: the

Internet domain name. Although you may expect to see it already registered, the domain registrar has made it available to interested consumers through a public action with an instant buying option of $1 million. At this time, the website is not available and all the visitors who might expect to see the agent in action, to download wallpapers or other multimedia content may be disappointed as they are automatically redirected to another page.

Domain registrar Sedo, the company which set up the auction, told Web User News that they expect to see very high bids for this domain. "Short, simple and flexible, Bond.com is a prime example of a domain name which is likely to exceed its six-figure reserve," Nora Nanayakkara, director of business development and sales at Sedo, said.

At this time, there are only 5 bids placed, the highest one offering no less than 8,000 USD for the bond.com domain. In case you're interesting in buying the domain name, you can place a bid in the next 6 days because the auction will be closed at the end of this period.

What's interesting is that according to Sedo's auction website, there were no less than 721 visitors on the page, although everybody would expect a larger audience. However, the highest bids and the biggest number of visitors will be probably recorded in the last days of availability, probably even during the last hours, from large companies intending to set up a business around the domain.
