American actor and model Ashton Kutcher has declared during an interview that he's proud and relieved to be Demi Moore's husband, because, until now, he was branded as the 'toy boy' of the actress.
Two weeks ago, Kutcher, 27, and Moore, 42, exchanged vows in Beverly Hills, California, Saturday night, in front of 100 guests. Demi Moore's ex-husband, Bruce Willis, is said to have attended the wedding as well.
According to Contactmusic.com, Ashton said: "I'm proud to be the husband of Demi Moore and the stepfather of her three wonderful girls. I hope the love that we share can resonate around the world so that someday I can hear its echo.
Besides, 'boy toy' just never sat well with me."
Kutcher, born February 7, 1978, began his career as a model and later moved to television. A month before he was discovered, he had planned to move to Hollywood, but was asked to go back to college by his mother.
Ashton achieved stardom on the Fox television series "That '70s Show" and has gone on to star in his own MTV hidden camera show "Punk'd".
Kutcher has starred in the films "Dude, Where's My Car?" (2000), "Just Married" (2003), "The Butterfly Effect" (2004) and "Guess Who" (2005). He also auditioned for the role of Danny Walker in "Pearl Harbor", but lost out to Josh Hartnett.
