Bloodborne, the massively popular PS4 exclusive role-playing experience, is set to receive a brand new patch next week, in the form of update 1.05, which is going to roll out on July 13. Already a few critical improvements have been confirmed to be included within it.

Bloodborne was eagerly awaited by millions of PS4 owners from all around the world at the beginning of the year, when it arrived from the Sony console from prestigious Japanese developer From Software. The title, while delivering the same challenging RPG experience seen in the studio's past Dark Souls titles, added many new things, including much more impressive visuals, thanks to the powerful console.

Since then, From Software has released several updates designed to eliminate exploits and ensure that players are having a great time, both solo and with friends thanks to the multiplayer mechanics.

Update 1.05 is coming to Bloodborne next week

Now, the studio confirms, via DualShockers, that a brand new patch will launch for Bloodborne next week. More specifically, update 1.05 will be available for download on July 13. The patch will appear on the PSN servers at different hours, depending on the region, but it should be live as soon as many players wake up on July 13.

The full changelog isn't known just yet, but several improvements have been confirmed. The new patch will clearly show that a password will be required when players use the Beckoning Bell or the Small Resonant Bell. Additionally, when using a password, if the level of the host and the guest is too large, the stats of the guess will be adjusted to match the host's attributes.

Of course, the new update will also bring bug fixes and improvements to the matchmaking system so that players have a great time when going online.

Expect Bloodborne patch 1.05 to get a full changelog next week, as we get closer to its debut.
