14 DAY TRIAL // Sony has confirmed during the Tokyo Games Show 2015 press conference that the first expansion for popular PS4-exclusive RPG Bloodborne is called The Old Hunters and that it's going to launch on November 24, worldwide. A special video and a few screenshots are also available, depicting the upcoming add-on.
Bloodborne launched at the beginning of the year exclusively for the PS4 platform. The challenging RPG, made by Japanese studio From Software and published by Sony, delighted millions of fans, and soon enough the two companies confirmed that an expansion was in development.
The Old Hunters is the expansion's title
Now, during the Tokyo Games Show 2015 press conference, Sony confirms that Bloodborne's first expansion is called The Old Hunters and that it's going to launch on the PlayStation Network later this fall.
As its name suggests, the add-on lets players explore the nightmare of the Byrgenwerth hunters, complete with new environments, monsters, and plenty of mysteries for fans to uncover.
"Experience the nightmare of the hunters who once guarded Byrgenwerth’s deepest, darkest secrets and uncover the mystery behind Yharnam’s sinister past and in The Old Hunters expansion DLC for Bloodborne. Journey to a world where hunters from the past are trapped forever, find multiple new outfits and weapons to add to your hunter arsenal, and explore brand new stages full of dangers, rewards, and deadly beasts to hunt."

A special gameplay trailer is also available for your viewing pleasure below, alongside a few screenshots showcasing the aforementioned new locations as well as some of the enemies players will encounter in the add-on.
Bloodborne: The Old Hunters is set to cost $19.99/€14.99, depending on the territory, and you can bet that more details are going to arrive in the following months, as we get closer to its late November launch.
Until then, players can still enjoy the regular adventures included in the standard version of Bloodborne on the PS4.
