BlackBerry is said to be releasing three Android smartphones this year, and there are many rumors that speculate on their release date and specs. The latest information reveals that the company has briefly listed the BlackBerry Neon or DTEK50 on its website.

Crackberry has spotted the leak and got a glimpse of the smartphone's design, together with its specs and some other information. The image reveals BlackBerry's second Android handset, which is known as Neon and bears the codename DTEK50.

The photo isn't the only leak on the manufacturer's website, as the specifications of the device also went live for a short period of time, detailing the goodies that have been rumored for some time now as far as the phone is concerned.

The leaked specs page suggests that BlackBerry Neon or DTEK50 should run Snapdragon 617 processor and 3GB of RAM while the 16GB of internal storage could be expanded to up to 2TB with a microSD card. In addition, the smartphone appears to sport a 5.2-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution.

The device seems to have a 13MP autofocus rear camera and an 8MP unit on the front. It will draw power from a 2,610mAh non-removable battery that comes with Quick Charge 2.0.

BlackBerry Neon could feature a price tag of $270

The specifications seem to be similar to the ones that were recently revealed when BlackBerry Neon passed through the FCC just a few days ago. The smartphone had the same display size, RAM capacity, processor, and even battery capacity.

The FCC listing also implied that it would run Android Marshmallow 6.0 while the new leaked specs page indicates that it will also come pre-loaded with multiple BlackBerry applications like BlackBerry Hub, DTEK, Password Keeper, BBM and BlackBerry Calendar.

Previous rumors pointed to the fact that the smartphone would carry a price tag of $270. BlackBerry is also expected to unveil two more Android-running smartphones, including BlackBerry Mercury with a physical QWERTY keyboard and BlackBerry Argon with more powerful specs compared to the other two.
