be quiet! PSUs Get Some New Prices

The Straight Power E9 power supply units that be quiet! has on sale may become the company's best-selling line after all, or so the latest announcement states.

We think this could very well happen, but not just because of the purported quality.

There is a whole boatload of them, pure and simple, and with lower prices, things are bound to improve.

That's right, the Straight Power E9, which come with fixed or removable cables (eight different versions in total) have new prices.

As a reminder, they come in 400W, 450W, 500W, 600W and 700W outputs.

The new prices are of 67 Euro, 77 Euro, 86 Euro, 99 Euro and 115 Euro, respectively (just as many dollars in the US, probably).

Also, in case one wants cable management too, there is a 480W PSU (95 Euro), a 580W model (105 Euro) and a 680 W supply (125 Euro).

All of them have 80Plus Gold certification and the "Active Clamp + SR (Synchronous Rectifier)" topology (digital electrical components instead of older and simpler ones).
