35-year-old Brad Davis of Oklahoma, US, who in 2013 killed his stepfather with an atomic wedgie, is to be imprisoned for 30 years, a court of law ruled towards the end of last week.

The sentence was delivered shortly after, in this year's May, the man pleaded guilty to the manslaughter charges filed against him by law enforcement officers in Mcloud, his home town in Pottawatomie County.

Possibly the weirdest murder ever

As mentioned, it was back in 2013 that Brad Davis killed his stepfather, Denver Lee St. Clair. By the looks of it, the two men got into a fight when Brad Davis' stepfather made a few unwelcome comments about his mother.

A former marine, Brad Davis, who was 33 at the time, pulled Denver Lee St. Clair's underwear over his head and hit him repeatedly. Unable to free himself, the 58-year-old eventually suffocated to death.

Having examined his lifeless body, a coroner concluded that Denver Lee St. Clair had been killed by blunt force trauma to the head and asphyxia brought about by the atomic wedgie, all the work of his stepson Brad Davis.

The man never meant to kill anybody

It is understood that, at the time when he killed his 58-year-old stepfather, Brad Davis was inebriated. He remembers getting into a fight with the late Denver Lee St. Clair and beating him, but insists that he never intended to kill him.

Rather, the entire affair was merely an argument that got seriously out of hand. He didn't want to kill his stepfather, and only hit him and gave him the atomic wedgie that ultimately caused him to suffocate to death because he wanted Denver Lee St. Clair to stop badmouthing his mother.

Hellou tells us that, now that he has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter charges against him and has been handed his sentence, 35-year-old Brad Davis will soon be transferred to a state prison. In the meantime, he is to remain jailed at the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center.
