Details about Assassin’s Creed Origins DLCs have been revealed by Ubisoft, and they are going to expand upon the gameplay significantly.

The Season Pass for Assassin’s Creed Origins was made available alongside the actual game right from the start, and now players finally know what they will get in terms of DLCs. From the looks of it, two major expansions are in the works, and they will be made available in the next couple of months.

Furthermore, Ubisoft is also releasing a new Discovery Mode, which will be free. This is an educational add-on to the game that will allow players to roam through Ancient Egypt and learn more about the history and the life of the people that lived 2000 years ago.

Two major DLCs in the next two months

It’s a nice change of pace to get two DLCs in such a short span of just two months. Usually, it takes a little bit longer, but players will be able to get their hands on The Hidden Ones DLC on January 23. The level cap will be increased to 45, and more details about the ascension and development of the Brotherhood will be revealed.

The second DLC is called The Curse of the Pharaohs, and it provides a brand new story and a new region, Thebes. Of course, the level cap will be increased once more, this time to 55. Players will get access to new gear and outfits, including rare and legendary weapons. The launch date is March 6.

If you just have the base game, don’t despair. A new mode called Trial of the Gods and a new quest named Incoming Threat are being made available for free.

Assassin’s Creed Origins is the latest installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise and marks a transition from a regular third-person adventure game to an RPG-type game. It seems to be a successful blend, and it looks like we’re going to see more of it.
