On July 27, ARNU Box (formerly Armada) had the great pleasure of informing Softpedia about the immediate availability for purchase of two new Pure Linux set-top box devices powered by the recently released Kodi 15.0 "Isengard" media center software (formerly XMBC Media Center).

Two new set-top boxes powered by the latest Linux and Kodi technologies are now available for purchase from ARNU Box, the Mach 10 Pure Linux and Mach Q Pure Linux. While the Mach 10 Pure Linux device is designed to offer a trimmed-down experience to users who don't want to access the Kodi media center through Android, the Mach Q line features a new entry-level Pure Linux model.

Powered by a Quad Core S812 processor, the Mach 10 Pure Linux model features full integration with both the Total Installer and Cloudword Installer products, and it promises to offer the best and fastest Kodi media center performance on the market. It is capable of rendering up to 4K-quality video streams and includes all the latest and greatest Linux technologies.

"The ARNU Box product features a custom setup wizard that will walk users through each aspect of the setup process from setting the box up on their home network to importing their media from networked drives. In addition the box has flashy, easy-to-follow help videos available at any time with the push of a button," says ARNU Box.

Price and availability information

Both Mach 10 Pure Linux and Mach Q Pure Linux set-top boxes are now available for purchase from the ARNU Box website for the sum of $139.99 (€126) for the Mach 10 Pure Linux model, and $119.99 (€108) for the Mach Q Pure Linux variant. There, you will also be able to purchase ARNU Box's previous set-top boxes, such as the Mach 8 Pure Linux, Mach 10 Android, and Mach 8 Android.

In related news, ARNU Box has teased us with a video of the Kodi 15.0 "Isengard" media center software booting and running on the Pure Linux set-top boxes. Also, ARNU Box has plans to launch a 64-bit Pure Linux Player device that promises to offer some breathtaking features.
